Sales manager sets goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for VCON’ sales representatives. The position’s responsibilities include oversee and co-ordinate sales procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures. Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines and sales targets are met and procedures are followed. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. Analyze sales statistics. Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services. Determine discount rates or special pricing plans. Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, and business to business marketing visits. Assign sales territories and set sales target. Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff. This position will report to the General Manager.

Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate for the civil engineer position will have experience in all areas of the Civil Engineering function. The position responsibilities include design analysis and calculations to support development of a variety of concrete products. Coordinate with engineers and CADD designers to prepare complete and accurate construction drawings. Prepare or assist with completion of quantity calculations and development of project cost estimates. Adhering to a specific quality control process. Assist factory manager.

Accountant

Foreman

The Foreman position will be assigned to the field operations team and will assist in obtaining, evaluating and coordinating all information needed to install precast concrete components in accordance with the contract documents and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is installed to the highest level of quality possible.
